Your Story Connects, LLC is a strategic marketing consultancy specializing in Human Experience Strategy. Founded by Zanefa Walsh in 2019, the consultancy has evolved over the years. It now focuses on helping organizations better understand the connection between human factors and engagement.
Every person who fills out your form, reads your email, or decides not to attend an event brings their own reading level, background, and life circumstances into that moment. Your organization may not always see the human factors that shape how your communications and processes land. Your Story Connects helps you uncover those factors, collect what they reveal, and understand why they matter, so your decisions are built on who your audience actually is, not whom you assumed they were.
Zanefa investigates that gap through a multidisciplinary lens (anthropology, marketing strategy, and data analysis), connecting what people say, what they do, and what they actually encounter to reveal what drives behavior your organization doesn't yet understand.
